Remember Rome wasn’t built in a day. These postures are meant to be slowly developed over many, many practices. Start slowly without expectations, letting your body and mind acclimate. Build a strong foundation with just the beginning parts of every pose. You will feel the benefits immediately. You will continue to feel better and better the more you practice. Try to commit to at least three classes per week.
Come to any class that fits your schedule. You do not have to commit to the same classes every week and no appointment is necessary. Come whenever it works for you, as frequently as you can , for best results.
